To qualify for a grant, applicants must meet the eligibility guidelines, have a qualifying event, a qualifying expense, and must demonstrate a financial need exists. Emergency Funeral Grants are needs-based and include up to $5,000 for assistance with burial/cremation expenses following an unexpected death of a qualifying family member (parent, sibling, child).

If you are a Keller Williams associate or have an immediate family member in need of assistance, please know we are prepared to help.

STEP 1:  For financial assistance, alert your market center leadership.  KW Cares staff will verify the need with your market center leadership, so please do not move forward without completing this step.

STEP 2: Complete the eligibility evaluation and the initial grant application, and upload the funeral invoice(s) and bank statement(s). 

STEP 3: Upon approval of your grant request, KW Cares will initiate a bank transfer to the applicant.
